In compliance with the DPF, we also commit to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with advice given by the panel with regard to human resources data received in reliance on the DPF in the context of the employment relationship. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
