We, including Ubiquiti Inc., Ubiquiti Energy, LLC, 6408 Equipment LLC, Ubiquiti Distribution LLC and Ubiquiti Labs, LLC, participate in and comply with the DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of Personally Identifiable Information from European Union member countries. Our participation in the DPF subjects us to the investigatory and enforcement power of the Federal Trade Commission.
As a DPF participant, we are committed to and have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that we adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to the processing of Personally Identifiable Information received from the European Union. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF, the DPF shall govern. In compliance with the DPF, we commit to resolve DPF-related complaints about our collection and use of your Personally Identifiable Information. In compliance with the DPF, we also commit to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with advice given by the panel with regard to human resources data received in reliance on the DPF in the context of the employment relationship. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
